Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 3/4 cup Valbreso cheese crumbled
  • 2 medium tomatoes sliced
  • 2 tbsp basil leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
  • Layer Valbreso cheese and tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with basil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
