- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Layer Valbreso cheese and tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with basil, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.

- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
- Stir in Valbreso cheese and heavy cream, allowing the cheese to melt.
- Add reserved pasta water gradually to reach desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, then toss with cooked pasta. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
