- 1 lb thinly sliced steak
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large 16 oz pizza dough
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup caramelized onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg for egg wash
Prepare the Filling:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onions, garlic, and bell peppers, and sauté for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
