Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Edible chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 2 pints Vanilla ice cream softened
  • 2 pints Chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 cup Oreo or graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips optional
  • As needed Whipped cream for topping
  • As needed Chocolate syrup for drizzle

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust

  • Mix the Oreo or graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a springform pan. Freeze for 10-15 minutes to set.

Add the Vanilla Ice Cream Layer

  • Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust.
  • Sprinkle half of the cookie dough chunks over the vanilla layer.

Freeze for 20-30 minutes.

    Add the Chocolate Ice Cream Layer

    • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream on top of the vanilla layer.
    • Add the remaining cookie dough chunks and smooth out the top.
    • Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Decorate and Serve

    • Before serving, top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
    • Let the cake sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

    Notes

    • Use edible cookie dough to ensure it’s safe to eat raw.
    • Make sure the ice cream is slightly softened for easier spreading.
