- 4 lbs Beef Back Ribs Look for ribs with a good meat-to-bone ratio
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce Homemade or store-bought
- 3 tbsp Dry Rub see below Pre-mixed seasoning blend
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil Helps seasoning adhere to ribs
- To taste Salt and Pepper For initial seasoning

- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper optional for heat
Prepare the Ribs:
