Oyster Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 300 –400g oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 –2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs optional

Method
 

  1. Clean and tear mushrooms into pieces
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add mushrooms and cook without stirring for 3–4 minutes
  4. Stir and cook until golden
  5. Add garlic and cook briefly
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper
  7. Finish with lemon juice and herbs

Notes

  • Avoid overcrowding the pan
  • Use high heat for best texture
