Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g Ground Beef
  • 1 medium chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 can 14 oz Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Instructions
 

Prep:

  • Turn the Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add oil and let it heat.

Cook Ground Beef:

  • Add ground beef and sauté until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

Add Aromatics:

  • Stir in chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings. Scrape the pot to deglaze.

Pressure Cook:

  • Seal the lid, set the valve to sealing, and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.

Quick Release:

  • Perform a quick release, open the lid, and stir. Adjust seasonings if needed.

Serve:

  • Serve hot over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add chili flakes or diced jalapeños.
  • To thicken the sauce, use sauté mode after pressure cooking.
