Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thin-sliced chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs preferably Italian-style
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Coating: In a bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the Chicken: Drizzle olive oil over the thin-sliced chicken breasts. Then, press each piece into the cheese mixture until fully coated. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
