Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of French baguette or sourdough
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
  • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
