Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup. Cottage cheese
  • 3 cups. All-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Instant yeast
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup. Warm water
  • 2 large. Eggs
  • 1/4 cup. Butter melted

Instructions
 

Activate the Yeast:

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar and let it sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.

Combine Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, cottage cheese, eggs, and melted butter. Add the yeast mixture, stirring to form a dough.

Knead the Dough:

  • Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

First Rise:

  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Dough:

  • Punch down the dough and shape into a loaf or rolls.

Second Rise:

  • Place dough in a baking pan and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Bake:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter texture, use whole-fat cottage cheese. For a savory twist, add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the dough.
