  • cups ditalini pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups broth
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley

Method
 

  1. Boil pasta until al dente.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
  3. Add tomatoes, broth, and seasoning.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix in pasta and finish with cheese and parsley.
