Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces boneless and skinless Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 8 oz softened Cream cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup optional Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups optional, for added nutrition Spinach
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Season the Chicken:

  • Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Sear the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Sauce:

  • Lower the heat and add cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until it starts to melt.
  • Gradually pour in the chicken broth while whisking to create a smooth sauce.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it with the sauce.
  • Add spinach or other vegetables if desired. Cover and simmer for 8–10 minutes.

Optional Cheesy Finish:

  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken and sauce.
  • Broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Pair with pasta, rice, or roasted veggies for a complete meal.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute cream cheese with a plant-based alternative and use coconut milk instead of chicken broth.
  • Leftover sauce can be used as a dip or pasta topping.
