Ingredients
  

  • 6 medium Yukon Gold or russet potatoes
  • 1 cup Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 celery stalks finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Boil the Potatoes:

  • Peel and cut potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15–20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

Prepare Other Ingredients:

  • Finely chop celery and onion.

Mix the Dressing:

  • In a large bowl, combine Hellmann’s mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.

Combine Ingredients:

  • Fold in the potatoes, celery, and onion until evenly coated.

Chill:

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, let the potato salad chill for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Optional garnishes include chives, parsley, or a sprinkle of paprika for added color.
