Chatelaine Smoked Salmon Roll on Cucumber

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1-2 cucumbers sliced into thin rounds (about ΒΌ inch thick)
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them on a serving tray.
  • Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
  • Roll each smoked salmon slice and place it on top of the cream cheese.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped dill and a drizzle of lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For additional flavor, you can mix dill directly into the cream cheese before spreading.
