- 1-2 cucumbers sliced into thin rounds (about ΒΌ inch thick)
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them on a serving tray.
Spread a small amount of cream cheese on each cucumber slice.
