Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Boneless beef ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup. BBQ sauce
  • Optional for garnish Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ribs:

  • Trim excess fat from the ribs, leaving a thin layer for flavor. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Optionally, marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Sear the Ribs:

  • Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Sear each side of the ribs for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Oven-Baked Method:

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • Place ribs in a baking dish, add beef broth, and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 2.5 - 3 hours, until ribs are tender.
  • Remove foil, brush ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes to caramelize.

Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Marinating the ribs enhances flavor, but it's optional.
  • For a sweeter glaze, add a tablespoon of honey or brown sugar to the BBQ sauce before brushing.
