Method
- 1 Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper
- 2 Heat oil in skillet and sear steak on both sides
- 3 Remove steak and cook onions and garlic in same pan
- 4 Add broth and herbs then return steak to pan
- 5 Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
- 6 Rest steak before slicing and serve with sauce
