Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb top round steak
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat Skillet:

  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

Season and Sear:

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear both sides for 2-3 minutes until browned.
