Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef:

  • In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger until well combined.
  • Add the ground beef to the marinade and mix until the beef is evenly coated.
  • Cover the bowl and let the beef marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • Allow the beef and sauce to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
