Instructions
In a large pot, bring lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add onions and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in mushrooms and bell pepper, cooking until the bell pepper softens and mushrooms brown slightly, for 3 to 5 minutes.
