- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups grated zucchini about 2 medium zucchini
- 1 cup peeled and diced apple about 1 medium apple
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
