Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or your preferred cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-8 minutes until golden and fully cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Cheesy Garlic Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and add the cream cheese, sour cream, and heavy cream, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and mozzarella, allowing them to melt into the sauce.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it with the cheesy sauce.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Place a portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.

Grill the Wraps:

  • Heat a clean skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  • Place the wraps seam-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve:

  • Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice them in half, and serve warm.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired, and enjoy with a side of ranch or garlic aioli for dipping.
